Hannah Rose grew up in the Flint Hills of eastern Kansas and moved to Colorado in 2013. She earned a B.A. in Anthropology at Kansas State University, where she also worked as a student and later full-time staff in the libraries. She participated in the Giving Project’s Fall 2020 program, an experience that deepened her knowledge of and passion for grassroots movements driven by Coloradoans and social justice philanthropy. She is passionate about building community, reproductive rights, cannabis equity, prison abolition, and dismantling white supremacy.

Hannah Rose spends her time reading nonfiction, knitting, trying to become a minimalist, and dreaming about future hugs.
