Use of Funds: In 2021, we offered 106 racial healing circles supporting 522 BIPOC community members. Funding from this grant enabled us to offer these healing spaces while simultaneously caring for our BIPOC staff who held these sessions by providing wellness time and BIPOC coaching to support their capacity for wellness. As one participant said, “In these healing circles, I feel like someone is with me when I speak my truth. I am not alone. My voice matters. Our voices matter.”
