Mission: PABNEEG’s aim is to construct a thriving Hmong and BIPOC community by addressing the underlying issues of poverty, racism, and discrimination and providing educational and economic assistance to those in need. It is imperative that those most impacted by these challenges have a say, access to resources, power, and options to effect significant social changes within our community.
