Mission: Lamar Unidos is a family oriented non-profit Organization born in October of 2015 due to the need of the Lamar Latinx Community to have space where to work together on our everyday issues as a group. Education, Economy, Immigration, Civic Engagement are some of the topics we work on during our monthly meetings. While working to reinforce our Latinx Identity, we are looking forward to being more involved with our community as a whole. Our mission is to serve and respect our community, educate our members about their rights, promote post-secondary education, good parenting, etc.
