Mission: La Fresca ia a food co-operative, comprised of neighbors, local corner stores, and local food businesses, supported by community members working towards greater food accessibility, food sovereignty and a vibrant food economy for the Globeville, Elyria and Swansea neighborhoods. La Fresca is working to create a network of local entrepreneurs while educating, creating a buyer’s club and supporting businesses within the local food system, all accountable to the communities.
