Mission: Aurora Economic Opportunity Coalition (formerly Dayton Street Day Labor Center) was founded by community and city leaders concerned about the prevalence of worker exploitation and dangerous working environments that Aurora’s day laborers face on a daily basis. The Day Labor Center works to build a safe indoor place for day laborers to gather, find employment, and connect with community resources to promote personal growth and stronger community and family relationships.
